I have two 11 year old twins (Gabe/Gage and Garret/Gatlin) in the series and a 12 year old, Jacob, who I'm reading to, as well. Jacob (Jakor, Odessa's youngest) makes a stronger showing in Book 4. I agree with you... the author does sound like a pretty kind hearted guy. It's pretty touching to know and hear the story on why he wrote this series.<br />I hope your little ones enjoy them...
